법원 [연합뉴스 TV 캡처] 평소 갈등을 빚던 유튜버를 대낮 법원 앞에서 흉기로 무참히 살해한 50대 유튜버가 부산지법에서 열린 첫 재판에서 "살인의 의도가 없었다"고 말했다.

19일 부산지법에서 형사5부(부장판사 장기석) 심리로 피고인 홍모(56)씨에 대한 첫 공판이 열렸다.

홍씨는 검찰 공소사실에 대해 이같이 말하며 계획적인 범행도 아니었다고 말했다.홍씨 측은 "보복할 목적은 존재하지 않았고 상해의 고의로 찔렀다"고 덧붙였다.

하지만 재판부는 홍씨가 흉기로 피해자의 등과 가슴을 여러 차례 찌르고 관통상까지 입힌 데 대해 "이 정도면 정말 살인의 고의가 없는 게 맞느냐"고 따져 물었다.

홍씨 측은 질문에 재차 "죽이고자 하는 마음은 없었다"고 답변했다.

지난달 9일 오전 9시 52분께 홍씨는 부산 연제구 부산법원 종합청사 앞에서 생방송 중이던 다른 유튜버를 흉기로 살해하고 도주했다가 붙잡혔다.두 사람은 비슷한 콘텐츠를 만들어 방송하며 지난해부터 서로를 비방해 200건에 달하는 고소·고발을 주고받는 등 갈등을 빚어왔다.

사건 당일에도 홍씨는 피해자가 자신을 상해 혐의로 고소한 재판에 참석해 진술을 못 하게 할 목적으로 범행을 저질렀다.
