[부여=뉴시스]송승화 기자 = 박수현(공주·부여·청양) 더불어민주당 국회의원이 집중호우로 극심한 피해를 본 충남 부여군 현장을 방문‘특별재난지역’선포와 긴급 지원 대책 마련을 촉구했다.

11일 박 의원에 따르면 전날 부여를 찾아 행정안전부에 조속한 피해 규모 파악을 주문했다.그는 이날 오후 임천면 구교리 수해 현장을 방문한 이상민 행안부 장관과 김태흠 충남도지사에게 피해 지역과 주민에 대해 속도감 있고 충분한 보상이 있도록 지원을 당부했다.

박 의원은 박정현 부여군수와 함께 이상민 행정안전부 장관에게 작년과 재작년에 이어 3년간 연속된 많은 비로 큰 피해를 보고 있는 부여군을 특별재난지역으로 조기 선포해 줄 것을 강력히 요청했다.

집중호우로 부여군은 지난 3일간 평균 323㎜의 비가 쏟아졌다.특히 양화·임천·세도면은 3일간 약 450㎜의 많은 비가 내렸으며 도로사면유실,do casino chips go bad토사 유출,do casino chips go bad제방 붕괴 등 96건의 피해 신고가 접수됐다.

침수 및 산사태 취약지역의 일시 대피자는 61세대 93명으로 이 가운데 12세대 21명은 미귀가 상태다.

현재까지 잠정 피해액은 106억원으로 추정된다.또 나성·대조사·가림성 등 부여군의 주요 문화재가 피해를 보았고 632농가의 1314㏊에 규모의 벼농사,시설작물 등 농작물 피해 또한 41억원으로 집계되는 등 피해가 크다.

박수현 의원은 “수해 복구를 함에 있어서 시설물에 대한 응급 복구도 중요하지만,피해가 다시 발생하지 않도록 대비책 마련에 소홀해서는 안 된다"며 "작년 피해 지역 복구가 온전히 안 이루어진 지역이 많아 먼저 복구를 진행하되,피해 예상지역에 대한 대비책 마련에 행안부·충남도·부여군과 함께 총력을 다하겠다”고 강조했다.
