[사진=롯데그룹 제공] 신동빈 롯데 회장의 장남 신유열 전무가 일본 롯데홀딩스 사내이사로 선임됐습니다.
오늘(26일) 재계와 유통업계에 따르면 일본 롯데홀딩스는 이날 도쿄에서 정기 주주총회를 열고 신 전무의 사내 이사 선임안을 통과시켰습니다.
신 전무가 2020년 부장으로 입사한 지 4년 만입니다.
이날 주총에서 신동빈 회장의 형인 신동주 SDJ코퍼레이션 회장의 이사 선임 안건은 부결됐습니다.
신동주 회장은 2016년부터 올해까지 열 번에 걸쳐 자신의 이사직 복귀와 신동빈 이사 해임을 주총 안건으로 제안했으나 무산됐습니다.
롯데홀딩스 관계자는 신유열 이사 선임 배경에 대해 “신 이사는 롯데파이낸셜 대표로서 금융시장에 대한 조예가 깊고,fortissimo롯데홀딩스 경영전략실을 담당하는 등 회사 경영 전반에 대한 지식과 경험이 풍부하다”며 “한국 롯데지주 미래성장실장,fortissimo롯데바이오로직스 글로벌전략실장을 역임하며 역량을 발휘하여 이사로 선임됐다”고 밝혔습니다.
