강원도 인제 12사단 훈련병 사망 사건과 관련해,카카오 카지노 먹튀해당 부대 간부 2명이 구속 상태로 재판에 넘겨졌습니다.

춘천지방검찰청 형사1부는 오늘(15일) 육군 12사단 신병교육대 중대장과 부중대장을 직권남용 가혹행위와 학대치사 등의 혐으로 구속 기소했다고 밝혔습니다.

이들은 지난 5월 23일 12사단 신병훈련소에서 훈련병 6명에게 완전 군장 상태에서 군기훈련을 시키는 등 규정을 위반한 훈련을 지시했다가,이 가운데 1명을 숨지게 한 혐의를 받고 있습니다.

경찰로부터 사건을 넘겨받은 검찰은 당초 이들에게 적용된 혐의 두 가지 가운데,업무상과실치사를 학대치사로 바꿔 적용했습니다.

혐의를 바꿔 적용한 이유에 대해,검찰은 당시 군기훈련이 이뤄진 시점의 기상조건과 훈련방식,카카오 카지노 먹튀피해자의 신체조건을 종합하면 학대행위로 볼수 있는 여지가 있다고 설명했습니다.
