서울 영등포구 신길2구역에 모두 1천332세대의 공공주택이 들어섭니다.

서울시는 어제(18일) 제4차 공공주택통합심의위원회를 열고 신길2구역 도심 공공주택 복합사업계획안을 조건부 가결했다고 오늘 밝혔습니다.

2021년 공공주택 특별법 개정에 따라 신설된 도심 공공주택 복합사업은 준공업지역이나 저층 주거지역 등 민간 정비가 어려운 노후 도심에 공공이 주도해 용적률 등 혜택을 부여해 신속하게 주택을 공급하는 정책입니다.

저층 주거지역으로는 신길2구역이 처음으로 통합심의를 통과했습니다.

복합사업계획안에 따라 신길2구역에는 연면적 21만8천918㎡,도박 하면 안되는 이유용적률 300% 이하 지하 3층∼지상 45층 규모의 공공주택 1천332세대가 공급됩니다.

주택 유형별로는 공공분양주택 905세대,도박 하면 안되는 이유이익공유형 분양주택 267세대,도박 하면 안되는 이유공공임대주택 160세대입니다.2026년 하반기 착공에 들어가 2029년 준공이 목표입니다.

아파트는 분양·임대 세대 간 구분을 없앤 '소셜믹스' 단지로 구현됩니다.

시는 우신초 일대에 경관녹지를 조성해 단지 진입로 보행환경을 개선하기로 했습니다.매낙골 근린공원과 녹지 축을 연결하는 문화공원도 만듭니다.

한병용 서울시 주택정책실장은 "신길동 일대 노후 저층 주거지에 주택뿐만 아니라 경관녹지,도박 하면 안되는 이유문화공원 등 충분한 기반 시설이 공급돼 지역사회가 활성화하고 열악한 주거환경이 개선될 것으로 기대한다"고 말했습니다.
