집단 휴진시 업무개시명령 발령 예정

전남 순천시(시장 노관규)는 대한의사협회의 18일 집단 휴진 예고에 따라 시민 불편 최소화를 위한 비상진료대책을 추진한다고 밝혔다.

시는 최근 순천시의사회와 의원급 의료기관을 방문하면서 시민들의 진료에 불편이 없도록 정상 진료를 해줄 것을 당부했다.또 정부 방침에 따라 '18일 휴진 없이 진료하라'는 진료명령 및 휴진신고명령을 의원급 의료기관 146개소에 통보했다.

이번에 통보한 진료명령 및 휴진신고명령 발령권자는 전라남도지사다.

시는 앞으로도 순천시의사회와 의료기관을 대상으로 지속적인 소통을 이어나갈 방침이며 집단휴진에 대비하여 18일 오전 9시 의원급 의료기관 146개소에 순천시장 명의의 업무개시명령을 발령할 예정이다.

시 보건소에서는 집단휴진으로 인한 진료공백을 최소화하기 위해 보건지소에서 한시적으로 비대면진료를 실시한다.또 고혈압,티빙 아시안컵 8강당뇨 등 만성질환자들이 적기에 진료를 받을 수 있도록 요양원과 복지관 등에 안내했다.

문을 여는 의료기관 정보는 누리집과 인터넷 응급의료포털,티빙 아시안컵 8강보건복지콜센터 등을 통해 확인할 수 있다.

시 관계자는 "시민들의 건강과 안전을 위해 최선을 다하겠다"며 "의료기관 방문 시 반드시 진료가능 여부를 확인 후 이용할 것"을 당부했다.
