전국 수련병원들이 15일 마지막으로 전공의들의 복귀 의사를 확인하고 사직서를 최종 수리하는 가운데,활성슬러지전공의들이 "복귀하지 않겠다"는 입장이다.

또 정부가 제시한 '수련 특례'에도 불구하고 9월 전공의 모집에 재응시하겠다는 이들조차 거의 없는 것으로 전해졌다.

15일 의료계에 따르면 전공의들 대부분은 이날까지 수련병원에 어떠한 의사 표현도 하지 않은 상태다.

전국 수련병원은 이날까지 전공의들의 사직 절차를 처리하고 병원별 하반기 전공의 모집 인원을 확정,활성슬러지17일까지 보건복지부 장관 직속 수련환경평가위원회에 제출해야 한다.

앞서 정부는 전공의 복귀율과 오는 9월 하반기 전공의 모집에서의 충원율을 높이기 위해 미복귀 전공의에 대한 행정처분을 철회한다는 입장을 표명했다.복귀 전공의와 사직 후 9월 모집 응시 전공의에게는 수련 특례를 제공하기로 했다.

정부는 '사직 전공의의 1년 내 동일 과목·연차 응시 제한' 지침도 완화했으며,활성슬러지원활한 신규 전문의 배출을 위한 추가 시험도 검토하기로 했다.

그러나 충청권 수련병원들에 회신한 전공의는 거의 없는 것으로 전해졌다.일부 수련병원은 사직 처리 자체를 보류한 채 상황을 지켜보고 있다.

'빅5'를 포함한 주요 수련병원들에 회신한 전공의들은 거의 없는 상황으로 파악됐다.
