춘천지법 형사1단독(신동일 판사)은 7일 특수상해와 폭행 혐의로 기소된 50대 A씨에게 징역 2년을 선고했다.

A씨는 지난 2022년 10월 3일 밤 춘천시 한 주점에서 B씨와 술값 문제로 다투다가 B씨를 폭행하고 볼펜으로 머리를 여러 차례 내리찍어 상처를 입힌 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌다.

그는 당시 싸움을 말리는 다른 손님 C씨의 뺨을 때리기도 했다.

앞서 화학물질관리법상 환각물질흡입죄로 징역 1년 6개월을 복역한 뒤 출소한 지 1년 만에 이 같은 범죄를 저지른 A씨는 불구속 상태로 넘겨진 재판에 계속해서 불출석하는 불성실한 태도를 보였다.
