검찰은 또 박 구청장의 허위공문서작성·행사 혐의에 대해서 “마치 필요한 조치를 다 한 것처럼 허위 보도자료까지 배포했다”라며 “박 구청장의 과실과 그로 인한 피해가 너무 중대하다”고도 덧붙였습니다.
