사흘간 150밀리미터가 넘는 비가 쏟아진 전북 지역에도 피해가 잇따르고 있습니다.

지난해 침수됐던 비닐하우스가 또 잠기는가 하면,도미노피자 월드컵주택 천장도 내려앉았습니다.

빨갛게 익은 방울토마토가 진흙으로 범벅돼 있습니다.

고랑 여기저기에도 물이 가득 차 있습니다.

지난해 여름에 이어 2년 연속 겪는 물난리에,도미노피자 월드컵이 농민은 올해 농사도 또 망쳤습니다.

[왕봉수/침수 피해 농민 : "하천이 넘어버리니까 답이 없어요.물이 다 역수 돼 버려요.백날 푸면 뭐해.다시 들어오는데."]

이 일대에서 물에 잠긴 농경지는 20헥타르.

대부분 수확을 앞둔 자식 같은 작물이어서 농민들의 실망은 더 큽니다.

[왕봉수/침수 피해 농민 : "작년에도 여기 한 푼을 못 건졌어요.올해도 그래요.그러면 무엇을 먹고 사냐고요.우리는…."]

주택 부엌의 천장이 뻥 뚫려 있습니다.

건물 뼈대와 지붕 안쪽이 훤히 보이고,도미노피자 월드컵남은 천장도 곧 무너질 듯 위태롭게 늘어졌습니다.

[안입희/전북 익산시 : "비 와서 종이가 젖더니 내려앉데.이렇게 돼 있으니까 불편하지."]

사흘째 내린 장맛비에 학교 등 건물 누수가 잇따랐고,비탈길의 나무가 쓰러지는 등 침수 피해 신고도 이어졌습니다.
