원사업자의 불공정하도급 거래행위 감시[헤럴드경제=양영경 기자] 공정거래위원회는 하도급 업체에 공사 대금 및 지연 이자를 지급하지 않은 수안종합건설에 대해 시정명령을 부과한다고 8일 밝혔다.

공정위에 따르면 수안종합건설은 2021년 11월‘부산진구 부전동 근린생활시설 신축공사’중 석공사를 수급사업자에게 위탁하고 공사가 마무리된 이후에도 하도급 대금 약 2504만원과 일부 지연 지급된 대금에 대한 지연이자 484만원을 지급하지 않았다.

공정위는 수안종합건설의 행위가 목적물 수령일로부터 60일 이내,장애인복권판매점가능한 짧은 기한으로 정한 지급일까지 하도급 대금을 지급하도록 한 하도급법 위반에 해당한다고 판단해 제재를 결정했다.

공정위는 “앞으로도 원사업자의 불공정하도급 거래행위를 지속 감시하고 법 위반 행위 적발 시 엄중히 제재할 계획”이라고 밝혔다.
