국민연금.[연합뉴스]이달부터 국민연금 보험료가 월 최대 2만4300원 오른다.회사와 반반씩 보험료를 부담하는 직장인은 월 최대 1만2150원 오르는 셈이다.

보건복지부와 국민연금공단에 따르면 이달부터 국민연금 보험료의 산정 기준인 기준소득월액 상한액이 590만원에서 617만원으로,하한액은 37만원에서 39만원으로 각각 올랐다.이 기준은 내년 6월까지 1년간 적용된다.

이번 조정으로 국민연금 가입자 가운데 월 소득이 590만원을 초과하는 245만명 가량의 보험료가 최대 월 2만 4300원 인상된다.직장 가입자라면 본인과 회사가 보험료를 절반씩 나눠 내기 때문에,실제로는 최대 월 1만 2150원 오른다.

직장인과 달리 지역가입자는 이렇게 오른 보험료를 전액 본인이 내야 한다.

기존 상한액인 월 590만원과 새 상한액인 월 617만원 사이의 가입자도 자신의 월 소득에 따라 0원 초과에서 월 2만4천300원 미만 사이에서 보험료가 오른다.직장인이면 이 중에서 절반만 부담한다.

하한액 조정으로 월 39만원 미만의 소득을 올리는 가입자의 보험료도 기존 월 3만3300원에서 월 3만5100원으로 월 최대 1천800원까지 오른다.

다만 기존 상한액(590만원)과 새 하한액(39만원) 사이에 있는 가입자의 보험료에는 변동이 없다.

한편,기준소득월액 조정으로 일부 가입자의 보험료가 오르지만,챔피언스리그 개편노후에 받는 연금액도 늘어난다.국민연금은 낸 보험료 대비 받는 연금액 비율인 수익비가 1보다 크기 때문에,챔피언스리그 개편보험료를 더 내면 나중에 받는 연금액도 더 많아진다.

정부는 지난 1995년 이후 고정돼 있던 기준소득월액 상한액을 2010년부터 국민연금 전체 가입자의 3년간 평균 소득 변동률에 연동해 조정하고 있다.이를 통해 물가상승 등 경제적 상황 변화를 반영하고,챔피언스리그 개편적정 수준의 연금급여를 보장한다는 취지다.
