매출은 74조로 23% 증가…메모리 반도체 가격 상승이 실적 견인

(서울=연합뉴스) 장하나 기자 = 삼성전자가 올해 2분기 10조원이 넘는 영업이익을 내며 '어닝 서프라이즈'(깜짝 실적)를 기록했다.

인공지능(AI) 시장 확대에 따른 메모리 반도체 수요 회복과 가격 상승 등으로 반도체 부문의 실적이 크게 개선되며 전체 실적 상승을 견인한 것으로 보인다.

삼성전자는 연결 기준 올해 2분기 영업이익이 10조4천억원으로 지난해 동기보다 1천452.24% 증가한 것으로 잠정 집계됐다고 5일 공시했다.

매출은 74조원으로 작년 동기 대비 23.31% 증가했다.

이는 시장 기대치를 크게 웃도는 수준이다.

앞서 연합인포맥스가 최근 1개월 내 보고서를 낸 증권사 15곳의 컨센서스(실적 전망치)를 집계한 결과,벨기에 로또삼성전자의 2분기 영업이익은 전년 동기(6천685억원)의 12배가 넘는 8조2천680억원,벨기에 로또매출은 전년 동기 대비 23.14% 증가한 73조8천892억원으로 각각 예측됐다.

삼성전자 분기 영업이익이 10조원을 넘은 것은 2022년 3분기(10조8천520억원) 이후 7개 분기 만이다.작년 연간 영업이익(6조5천700억원)도 훌쩍 뛰어넘었다.

D램과 낸드의 평균판매단가(ASP) 상승으로 메모리 반도체 실적이 시장 기대치보다 크게 개선된 것이 주효했다.

잠정 실적인 만큼 삼성전자는 이날 부문별 실적은 공개하지 않았다.

증권업계에서는 당초 삼성전자의 반도체 사업을 담당하는 디바이스솔루션(DS) 부문이 4조∼5조원의 영업이익을 낸 것으로 추정했으나,삼성전자가 시장 기대치를 웃도는 성적표를 내놓으며 DS 부문 실적 눈높이를 상향 조정하는 분위기다.

앞서 1분기에는 DS부문에서 1조9천100억원의 영업이익을 내며 2022년 4분기 이후 5분기 만에 흑자 전환에 성공했다.
