[헤럴드경제=김현일 기자] 삼성전자와 SK하이닉스가 나란히 반도체 분야 인재 채용에 돌입했다.인공지능(AI) 반도체 시장에서 고대역폭 메모리(HBM)를 두고 경쟁 중인 가운데 기술 개발의 핵심인 인재 확보에 총력을 기울이는 모습이다.

4일 업계에 따르면 삼성전자 반도체 사업을 담당하는 디바이스솔루션(DS) 부문은 오는 9일까지 경력 사원을 채용한다.

이번 채용은 지난 5월 DS부문장에 취임한 전영현 부회장 체제 하에서 처음으로 진행되는 것이다.DS 부문은 앞서 지난 2월에도 대규모 경력 채용을 한 바 있다.

이번에 모집 직무는 HBM 등 차세대 D램 설루션 제품 컨트롤러 개발·검증,2023년 프로야구 관중수컴퓨트 익스프레스 링크(CXL) 제품 개발 등 800여개다.

SK하이닉스 역시 이날 신입과 경력 채용을 동시에 진행하는 대규모 채용 공고를 냈다.전체 채용 규모는 세 자릿수다.

SK하이닉스는 HBM 설계와 어드밴스드 패키징 등 AI 메모리 반도체 분야를 포함해 최근 신규 투자를 발표한 청주 M15X,미국 어드밴스드 패키징 생산기지 준비를 위한 엔지니어 인력 등을 대거 채용할 예정이다.

특히 메모리 반도체 기술에서 점차 중요성이 커지는 로직 요소 기술역량 강화를 위해 핀펫(FinFET) 분야 경력사원 채용도 함께 진행한다.

SK하이닉스는 통상 상반기 공채를 4월,2023년 프로야구 관중수하반기 공채를 9월에 진행했지만 이례적으로 7월에 신입과 경력 동시 채용에 나섰다.우수 인재를 적극 유치해 HBM 선도 기업 지위를 굳히겠다는 의지로 풀이된다.

SK하이닉스는 앞서 4월에도 HBM 회로 설계,제품 개발 등 14개 직무에 종사할 경력 사원을 채용했으며,작년 말에도 D램 설계,HBM 패키지 제품 개발 등 28개 직무에서 경력 사원 채용 공고를 낸 바 있다.
