"신입사원이 나올 정도로 상황이 좋지 않다는 것을 알리고 싶었다." 삼성전자 최대 노조인 전국삼성전자노동조합(이하 전삼노)가 8일 삼성 화성사업장에서 가진 총파업 결의대회에는 박준하 조합원은 현장 발언에서 "추후 인사에 대한 걱정도 있었지만 부정한 일과 대우를 없애기 위해 노조가 생기고 파업을 하는 것"이라고 이 같이 말했다.

전삼노는 이날 우중(雨中)에도 총파업 결의대회에 6540명,이 중 반도체 설비·제조·개발(공정) 직군에서만 5211명이 참가했다고 전했다.또 조합원 규모는 3만657명으로 3만명을 넘었다고 주장했다.

손우목 노조위원장은 "예상했던 총파업 인원보다 훨씬 많은 인원이 참가했다"며 "설비·제조·개발(공정) 직군에서만 5000명 이상의 인원이 (총파업 현장에) 왔으니 생산 차질은 무조건 달성될 것"이라고 말했다.

이날 전삼노는 이재용 삼성전자 회장,정현호 사업지원TF장 부회장,특정기능비자전영한 DS부문장 부회장 김기남 전 삼성전자 DS부문장 등을 경영진들을 규탄하고 특히 정현호 부회장의 사진이 그려진 현수막을 찢는 퍼포먼스도 진행했다.

전삼노는 사측에 전 조합원에 대한 높은 임금 인상률 적용,특정기능비자유급휴가 약속 이행,특정기능비자경제적 부가가치(EVA) 기준으로 지급하는 초과이익성과급(OPI) 기준 개선,파업으로 인해 발생하는 임금 손실에 대한 보상 등을 요구하고 있다.

전삼노는 우선 오는 10일까지 3일간 총파업을 가진 뒤,11~12일 업무에 복귀해 노조 규모를 키운다는 복안이다.또 사측의 반응에 따라 오는 15일부터 2차 총파업을 단행할 계획으로 5일 혹은 무기한 파업 등을 검토 중인 것으로 알려졌다.
