가상자산 대장주 비트코인 가격이 밤사이 급락하면서 6만 달러선 아래로 떨어졌습니다.

10년 전 해킹으로 파산한 일본 가상자산 거래소 마운트곡스가 보유한 코인이 대거 쏟아질 것이란 시장의 우려가 반영됐습니다.

비트코인 가격이 우리 시간으로 오늘(25일) 새벽 6만 달러선이 깨진 것으로 확인됐습니다.

글로벌 가상자산 시황중계 사이트 코인마켓캡에 따르면 조금 전 오전 6시 현재 비트코인 가격은 24시간 전보다 7% 가까이 급락한 5만 9천300달러에 거래 중입니다.

오전 2시 30분쯤 5만 9천 달러 후반대로 처음 떨어진 뒤 6만 달러선에서 등락을 반복하다 오전 5시 30분쯤 5만 8천 달러대까지 낙폭을 키우기도 했습니다.

비트코인 가격이 6만 달러선 아래로 내려간 것은 지난달 초 이후 약 50일 만인데요.

올해 미국 기준금리 인하 횟수가 축소될 것이라는 전망에 연일 하락세를 거듭하고 있습니다.

매도 물량이 대거 쏟아질 거란 전망이 나오죠?

세계 최대 가상자산 거래소였던 일본 마운트곡스가 보유한 비트코인이 시중에 대거 풀릴 수 있다는 우려가 커졌습니다.

마운트곡스가 해킹으로 코인을 도난당한 고객들에게 14만 개 이상의 코인을 상환할 것이라고 밝혀서인데요.

실제로 마운트곡스 지갑에 있던 비트코인 13만 7천여 개 등 코인이 다른 주소지로 이전된 바 있습니다.

투자자들이 비트코인을 돌려받으면 차익을 실현하기 위해 비트코인을 팔 가능성이 커 당분간 비트코인 시세 하락은 불가피해 보입니다.
