(서울=연합뉴스) 노재현 기자 = 세무 앱 삼쩜삼을 운영하는 자비스앤빌런즈는 올해 2월 자사의 코스닥 상장 심사 과정에서 세무사회가 개입했다는 의혹이 있다며 법적 대응에 나서겠다고 18일 밝혔다.

자비스앤빌런즈는 이날 입장문을 내고 "상장 심사 방해 의혹에 대한 진상 규명을 위해 법무법인을 선임했으며 가까운 시일 내 관계기관에 조사와 수사를 의뢰할 것"이라고 밝혔다.

이어 "의혹이 사실로 드러날 경우 관련자 모두에게 가능한 모든 민형사상 책임을 물음으로써 벤처 및 스타트업계에서 당사와 같은 피해가 재발하지 않도록 적극 대응할 예정"이라고 덧붙였다.

자비스앤빌런즈는 지난 10일 서울지방세무사회 정기총회에서 서울세무사회 임원이 거래소의 자사 심사 과정 등을 구체적으로 설명하고 심사 관계자에게 감사패를 수여했다는 일부 언론 보도를 언급하며 "거래소 심사에 유무형의 영향력을 행사했다는 의혹과 관련한 구체적인 정황이 확인됐다"고 주장했다.

최근 들어 삼쩜삼과 세무사회 간 갈등이 커지고 있다.

지난달 한국세무사회는 자비스앤빌런즈가 주민등록번호를 무단 수집하고 환급 금액을 과장했다며 개인정보보호위원회와 공정거래위원회에 잇따라 신고했고 불성실 신고·탈세 조장 등을 이유로 국세청에도 신고했다.

이에 자비스앤빌런즈는 당국의 가이드라인을 준수하고 있고 법적 문제가 없다면서도 그동안 공식적 대응을 자제해왔다.
