셀러 수백명 입금 지연

[헤럴드경제=김벼리 기자] 위메프는 판매 대금 정산시스템에 오류가 발생해 일부 입점 셀러(판매자)들에 대한 정산이 지연되고 있다고 11일 밝혔다.

위메프 관계자는 “정산시스템 문제로 원래 정산일인 7일 일부 셀러들에게 판매대금이 제때 지급되지 못했다”며 “시스템 복구 작업을 진행해 10일 정산이 일부 재개됐고 늦어도 다음주 초까진 모든 대금 정산을 완료할 계획”이라고 말했다.

이번에 정산이 지연된 셀러들은 수백명인 것으로 알려졌다.

전날 일부 온라인 커뮤니티에서는 위메프 셀러들이 판매 대급을 받지 못했다는 글들이 올라왔다.현재 이들은 카카오톡 오픈채팅방을 만들어 대응 방안을 모색하고 있다.

티몬의 경우 현재 큰 문제 없이 정산이 이뤄지고 있는 것으로 전해졌다.티몬은 지난해 하반기 고객 사후 처리 등을 위해 판매대금의 20%를 보증금 명목으로 보관했다가 일정 기간 이후 지급하는 제도를 도입해 시행 중이다.
