박 대표는 고려대 경영학과를 졸업하고 1985년 DL건설의 전신인 삼호에 입사했다.주택 사업 분야에서 30년 넘게 일한‘베테랑’이다.2014년 삼호 경영혁신본부장,클루브 리베르타드 순위2016년 고려개발 대표,클루브 리베르타드 순위2017년 대림산업(現 DL이앤씨) 주택사업본부장 등을 지낸 뒤 2018년 3월부터 대림산업 대표를 맡았다.
