소방당국,아이방 도배26분만에 주불 잡아…연기흡입 2명

28일 대구소방안전본부 등에 따르면 이날 낮 12시43분께 동구 신천동의 지하 1층,아이방 도배지상 6층 규모의 복합건축물에 있는 2층 사무실에서 불이 나 26분만에 주불이 잡혔다.

이 불로 건물 3층과 5층에서 A(20·여)씨와 B(80·여)씨가 각각 연기를 흡입한 상태로 발견돼 인근 병원으로 옮겨졌다.

소방당국은 계단 연기로 인해 옥상으로 대피했던 시민 42명을 화재 발생 1시간26분 만인 오후 2시9분께 모두 구조했다.

최초 화재가 발생했던 2층 사무실 내부에는 사람이 없어 인명피해는 없었다.

해당 건물은 1층 창고,아이방 도배2·3·4·6층 사무실,아이방 도배5층 사찰 등으로 활용 중인 것으로 파악됐다.

소방당국은 인력 93명,아이방 도배장비 33대를 투입해 진화와 구조작업을 벌였다.

경찰과 소방당국은 정확한 화재 원인과 피해 규모 등을 조사 중이다.
