책무를 배분받을 수 있는 직원도 추가했다.감독규정에서는 '임원에 준하여 해당 업무를 수행하는 직원(해당 업무를 담당하는 임원이 없는 경우에 한함)'을 추가했다.지배구조법 시행령에서는 책무구조도에서 책무를 배분받을 수 있는 금융회사 직원으로 임원이 아닌 준법감시인·위험관리책임자를 규정하고 있다.
