(로마=연합뉴스) 신창용 특파원 = '간헐적 단식법'으로 유명한 영국 의학박사이자 방송인인 마이클 모슬리(67)가 그리스 시미섬에서 휴가를 보내던 중 실종됐다고 AP,파리 생제르맹 골키퍼로이터 통신이 6일(현지시간) 보도했다.

보도에 따르면 모슬리는 전날 오후 1시 30분께 시미섬의 세인트 니콜라스 해변을 따라 하이킹하는 모습이 목격된 것을 마지막으로 지금껏 행방이 확인되지 않고 있다.

아내 클레어 베일리 박사는 이날 오전 실종 신고를 했다.

그리스 당국은 경찰,소방관,파리 생제르맹 골키퍼자원봉사자들을 동원해 대규모 수색 작업을 벌이고 있다.사람의 접근이 어려운 곳에는 경찰견과 드론이 투입됐다.
