삼성전자 최대 노조인 전국삼성전자노조가 오늘(8일)부터 사흘간 총파업에 돌입하는 가운데 첫 날 파업에 5천명 이상이 참여할 것으로 예상됩니다.

전삼노는 오늘 오전 11시 경기 화성시 삼성전자 화성사업장 H1 정문 앞에서 집회를 여는 등 쟁의 행위를 이어갑니다.

전삼노 측은 오늘 오전 6시 28분 기준 8천115명이 총파업 설문조사에 참여했으며,슬롯게임이 가운데 5천명 이상이 파업에 참여할 것으로 보고 있습니다.

앞서 노조는 사측에 전 조합원에 대한 높은 임금 인상률 적용,유급휴가 약속 이행,슬롯게임경제적 부가가치(EVA) 기준으로 지급하는 초과이익성과급(OPI) 기준 개선,슬롯게임파업으로 인해 발생하는 임금 손실에 대한 보상 등을 요구했습니다.

전삼노는 1일 "'생산 차질'을 끼쳐 우리의 목소리를 명확하게 전달하겠다"며 총파업의 목적을 밝힌 바 있습니다.

전삼노 조합원 2만 9천여 명 중 대부분이 반도체 직무를 맡고 있는 만큼 총파업으로 반도체 공장에 직접 타격을 주겠다고 예고한 것입니다.

지난 1월부터 사측과 교섭을 벌여온 전삼노는 중앙노동위원회(중노위)의 조정 중지 결정,조합원 찬반투표 등을 거쳐 쟁의권을 확보하고 지난 5월 29일 사상 처음 파업을 선언했습니다.

이에 지난달 7일에는 파업 선언에 따른 첫 연가 투쟁을 했으나 우려했던 생산 차질 등은 없었습니다.

노조는 오늘부터 사흘간 진행되는 1차 총파업 이후 2차 총파업부터는 무기한으로 돌입하는 가능성도 배제할 수 없다고 밝혔습니다.

전삼노 조합원 수는 오늘 오전 8시 기준 2만9천913명으로,슬롯게임삼성전자 전체 직원(약 12만5천명)의 23.9% 수준입니다.
