윤석열 대통령의 장모 최은순씨가 국민건강보험공단의 23억원대 부당이득 환수 처분을 취소해달라고 낸 행정소송이 각하됐습니다.

서울행정법원은 오늘(27일) 최씨가 건보공단을 상대로 낸 부당이득 환수처분 취소 소송에 각하 결정을 내리고 재판을 끝냈습니다.

앞서 최 씨는 의료인이 아닌데도 불법으로 요양병원을 운영하며 건보공단으로부터 요양 급여를 받은 혐의로 기소됐으나 이에 대해 무죄를 확정받았습니다.

건보공단은 무죄 확정 이후 환수처분을 자체 취소했고 이에 따라 행정법원도 각하 결정을 내린 것으로 풀이됩니다.
