적발 건수 중 해외직구 유입이 81%,중국 발송이 97%2023년 관세청에서 적발한 지식재산권 침해물품은 총 8만 5247건,134만 개인 것으로 나타났다.관세청은 2015년부터 매년 통관 단계에서 적발한 지식재산권 침해물품의 현황을 지식재산권 종류별,통관 형태별,품목별,발송 국가별 등으로 분석해 보고서 형태로 발간한다.

관세청이 밝힌 지난해 적발한 지식재산권 침해 물품을 종류별로 보면,상표권 8만 3892건,디자인권․특허권 1310건이다.특히 디자인권·특허권 등은 전년 대비 94.4% 증가해 침해되는 지식재산권이 다양화되고 있다.

통관 형태별로는 해외직구 물품이 주로 반입되는 특송목록통관에서의 적발이 6만 9525건으로 전체 적발 건수의 81.6%를 차지했다.이중 특송목록통관에서의 적발 수량은 34만 3000개로 전년 대비 197.8% 증가하여 해외직구를 통한 짝퉁 반입이 급격히 증가한 것으로 나타났다.

적발된 품목은 가방류 3만 7574건(44.1%),인터넷로또 구매시간신발류 1만 7847건(20.9%),의류 9332건(10.9%),가전제품 4986건(5.8%) 등의 순이었다.가전제품이 2021년 393건,인터넷로또 구매시간2022년 1777건에 비해 크게 증가한 점이 눈에 띄었다.

발송 국가별로 홍콩을 포함한 중국이 8만 2822건으로 전체 건수의 97.2%를 차지해 전년도와 같이 1위를 차지했으며,베트남(1552건,1.8%),인터넷로또 구매시간태국(186건,0.2%) 순으로 뒤를 이었다.

이 보고서는 국문 700부,영문 300부 제작되어 국가지식재산위원회,무역위원회 등 유관부처를 포함해 해외공관,인터넷로또 구매시간해외지식재산센터(IP-DESK),KOTRA,지식재산권자,인터넷로또 구매시간지식재산권 관련 단체 등 국내외에 배포될 예정이며,관세청 누리집*에서도 확인이 가능하다.
