4살 남자아이를 의식불명 상태에 빠뜨린 30대 태권도장 관장 최 모 씨가 구속영장 실질심사를 받기 위해 법원에 나왔습니다.

최 씨는 취재진의 질문에 아무런 답을 하지 않았습니다.

"<고의성 여전히 부인하고 계세요?>‥<이유없이 장난치신 건가요?>‥"

법원은 최 씨가 증거를 인멸하고 도망갈 우려가 있다며 구속영장을 발부했습니다.

최 씨는 매트를 말아 세워놓고 4살 남자아이를 그 안에 넣어 10분 넘게 내버려둔 혐의를 받고 있습니다.

경찰은 최 씨가 예전에도 이 같은 행동으로 피해 아동을 학대했다는 참고인 진술을 확보한 것으로 확인됐습니다.

또,모바일 한게임 포커 머니 시세아이가 운동하기 싫다고 하자 최 씨가 아이를 매트에 넣었다는 목격자의 진술도 확보했습니다.

최 씨가 범행 장면이 담긴 태권도장 CCTV 영상을 삭제한 정황이 확인돼 경찰은 이르면 내일 영상을 복원하는 포렌식 작업을 진행할 예정입니다.

최 씨는 경찰 조사에서 장난으로 한 행동이라면서 고의성이 없다고 주장했습니다.

"저도 아이를 키우는데 놀랐죠.좀 의외죠?딱히 얘기 나왔던 건 없던 도장이니까."

4살 아이는 심정지 상태로 병원으로 옮겨진 뒤 여전히 의식을 찾지 못한 것으로 전해졌습니다.

경찰은 추가 피해자가 있는지 등을 파악하기 위해 태권도장 관원 전체에 대해 전수조사를 할 계획입니다.
