[연합뉴스 제공] 미국 대선 후보 피습으로 금과 같은 안전자산 선호도가 높아질 수 있다는 전망에 코스피가 약세를 보이고 있지만,도널드 트럼프 전 대통령의 당선 가능성이 높아지면서 방산주는 강세를 보였다.

15일 한국거래소에 따르면 이날 오전 10시 42분 LIG넥스원은 전일 대비 10.68% 오른 22만8000원에 거래되고 있다.한때 24만1000원까지 오르며 52주 신고가를 새로 쓴 뒤 일부 상승폭을 반납했다.

코스피는 트럼프 대통령 피습 이후 관망세가 짙어지며 전일 대비 0.20% 내린 2851.16을 나타내고 있지만,방산 테마로 묶인 종목 대부분은 상승세를 보이고 있다.

현대로템도 전 거래일보다 8.14% 오른 4만3200원에 거래되고 있고,한화시스템(4.70%),2023 프로야구 한국시리즈 예매한화에어로스페이스(3.75%) 등도 일제히 상승세다.

베팅 사이트 폴리마켓에 따르면 지난 주말 피격 직후 트럼프 전 대통령의 당선 확률은 기존 60%에서 71%까지 올라갔다.이에 따라 대표적인 트럼프 수혜주로 꼽히는 방산주가 상승세를 탄 것으로 풀이된다.

김대준 한국투자증권 연구원은 "미국 대선 후보 피습이란 특수성으로 안전자산 선호도가 높아질 수 있다"면서도 "밸류에이션 부담도 있어 코스피는 단기 조정 압력에 노출될 것"이라고 분석했다.

이어 "다만 업종 차별화가 예상된다"며 "트럼프 수혜주인 방산,제약,2023 프로야구 한국시리즈 예매에너지,2023 프로야구 한국시리즈 예매원전 등에 매수세가 집중되고 트럼프 정책과 관련이 없는 업종,대표적으로 신재생에너지 등은 선택에 신중함이 요구된다"고 말했다.
