3일 업계에 따르면 삼성전자 DS부문은 오는 9일까지 경력 사원을 채용한다고 공고했다.모집 직무는 총 800여개로 화성·기흥·평택,천안·온양,노다지복권방 노원역점수원 등에서 근무한다.

사업부별로 살펴보면 메모리사업부에서는 차세대 플래시 공정·소자 기술 개발,노다지복권방 노원역점고대역폭메모리(HBM) 등 차세대 D램 솔루션 제품 컨트롤러 개발·검증,CXL(컴퓨트 익스프레스 링크) 제품 개발 등의 직무를 수행할 인재를 모집한다.

시스템LSI사업부는 오토모티브 센서 픽셀을 비롯한 반도체 소자 개발,엑시노스 시스템 활성화를 위한 소프트웨어개발키트(SDK) 개발,노다지복권방 노원역점리스크 파이브(RISC-V) 개발 등을 담당할 경력 사원을 선발한다.파운드리사업부는 eM램·e플래시 제품을 위한 공정 개발,노다지복권방 노원역점수율 분석,파운드리 제품 불량 해결 등을 수행할 경력 사원을 채용한다.

이번 채용은 전영현 DS부문장(부회장) 체제 하에서는 처음 진행되는 것이다.삼성전자는 지난 5월 미래사업기획단장을 맡았던 전 부회장을 DS부문장으로 위촉한 바 있다.이를 두고 업계 안팎에서는 반도체 사업을 둘러싼 위기감이 반영됐다는 평가가 나왔다.

삼성전자는 이번 채용을 계기로 초격차 경쟁력 확보에 박차를 가할 것으로 보인다.앞서 전 부회장은 취임사에서 "최근의 어려움은 지금까지 우리가 쌓아온 저력과 함께 반도체 고유의 소통과 토론의 문화를 이어간다면 얼마든지 빠른 시간 안에 극복할 수 있다고 확신한다"며 "경영진과 구성원 모두가 한마음으로 힘을 모아 최고 반도체 기업의 위상을 되찾기 위해 다시 힘차게 뛰어보자"고 밝힌 바 있다.
