(서울=뉴스1) 이설 기자 = 2027년 완공 예정인 반포동 한강변 올림픽대로 상부 1만㎡ 규모의 서울 첫 덮개공원이 정원과 숲놀이터,에볼루션 카지노란오솔길과 산책로를 갖춘 생태공원으로 조성된다.

9일 서울시에 따르면 이 덮개공원은 신반포로~반포 한강지구를 걸어서 지나다닐 수 있는 보행로가 된다.시는 서울을 하나의 커다란 정원으로 만들겠다는 오세훈 시장의 비전을 담은 대표적인 공중정원이 될 것으로 기대하고 있다.

서울시는 '반포지구 한강연결공원 및 문화시설' 조성 국제설계공모 최종 1등작으로,윤동주문학관으로 서울시 건축상 대상(2014년)을 수상한 이소진 건축가(건축사무소 리옹)와 베니스비엔날레(2020년) 한국관 총감독을 맡았던 신혜원 건축가(호주 모나쉬대학 교수),취리히 조경회사 스튜디오 벌칸의 루카스 슈와인구루버(Lukas Schweingruber)의 공동 응모안을 선정했다고 밝혔다.

이번에 선정된 생태덮개공원은 최대한 자연지반을 살려 시민들이 마치 너른 들판에 서 있는 듯한 느낌을 준다.또 신반포로와 한강공원에 이르는 지역에 다층 구조의 정원과 오솔길,산책로를 만들어 여유를 즐기며 자연스럽게 한강까지 걸어서 이동할 수 있는 것이 특징이다.

올림픽대로를 건너가는 구조물 특성상 개최한 기술검토 위원회 검토 결과에서도 시공성과 안전성이 우수해 실현 가능성 측면에서도 좋은 안으로 평가됐다.

이번 설계공모 선정팀은 '도시 및 주거환경정비법'에 따라 9월 개최 예정인 반포주공1단지 조합 총회 의결 절차를 거쳐 최종 설계자로 선정될 예정이다.

임창수 서울시 미래공간기획관은 "반포지구 한강연결공원 및 문화시설은 디자인과 기술적 측면 두 가지를 모두 만족시키는 어려운 설계공모였던 만큼,에볼루션 카지노란향후 설계 및 시공 과정에서도 관련주체가 상호 협력해 시민의 품으로 온전히 돌아갈 수 있게 하겠다"고 말했다.
