[앵커]

나흘 전 경기도 용인의 한 아파트에서 공동 출입구를 덮고 있는 콘크리트 구조물이 붕괴되는 사고가 있었습니다.

지어진 지 30년 된 아파트라 관할 관청의 건축 도면 보유 기한이 지나 부실 여부를 파악하기 힘든데요.

주민들 불안감이 커지자 건설사는 아파트 전체 동에 대한 안전점검을 실시할 방침입니다.

[리포트]

콘크리트 구조물이 완전히 젖혀진 채 위태롭게 매달려 있습니다.

공동출입구를 덮고 있는 지붕 구조물로 지난 1일 오후 굉음과 함께 붕괴됐습니다.

[아파트 주민/음성변조 : "(붕괴 당시) 2층에 계셨대요.전쟁나는 줄 알았대.사색이 됐어,아쿠레이리놀라서…."]

인명피해는 없었지만 아파트 관리사무소 측은 혹시 모를 추가 붕괴를 우려해 해당 출입구 통행을 금지했습니다.

주민들은 임시로 아파트 옆 라인의 승강기를 이용해 옥상 비상문을 통해 다니고 있습니다.

주민들은 붕괴된 구조물 단면에 철근이 많지 않았다며 부실 공사 의혹을 제기하고 있습니다.

[박병선/아파트 주민 : "어느 정도 철근이 들어가야 이게 믹스(결합)가 되고 오래 붙어있잖아요.우리가 봐도 이건 말도 안 되는 거야.(얼마나 있었는데요,아쿠레이리몇 개 정도 보였는데요?) 내 눈에는 한 세,아쿠레이리네 개 보였어요."]

해당 아파트는 지어진 지 30년으로 관할 지자체가 갖고 있는 건축도면은 없는 상태입니다.

[용인시 도시건축과 관계자/음성변조 : "(건축 서류) 보존해야 할 기한이 지났어요.지금 10년이에요.법령상… (건설사에서) 안에 내부 X-ray 찍어서 봤어요.철근 여부에 대해서는 확인이 됐고…."]

해당 건설사는 다음 주까지 복구공사를 끝낼 계획이며 주민 불안을 감안해 전체 12개 동의 공동현관 구조물에 대한 안전점검을 진행하기로 했습니다.
