(서울=연합뉴스) 임성호 기자 = 국토교통부는 광역 지방자치단체가 최적의 철도 지하화 통합개발 사업 계획을 세울 수 있도록 지역 맞춤형 컨설팅에 나선다고 10일 밝혔다.

국토부는 지하화 기술,도시개발,ai이상형 월드컵금융 분야 전문가와 공공기관,ai이상형 월드컵연구기관 등으로 컨설팅단을 구성했다.국가철도공단과 한국철도공사,한국토지주택공사(LH),국토연구원,한국교통연구원 등이 참여한다.

컨설팅단은 오는 11일 경기와 인천,ai이상형 월드컵오는 20일 부산,대전,대구에서 컨설팅을 제공한다.다음 달 초에는 서울과 그 외 지자체를 대상으로 순차적으로 진행한다.

컨설팅은 총 3단계로 이뤄진다.

사업 구상 단계(1단계)에서는 지자체별 기존 연구용역 결과나 내부 검토안 등을 전반적으로 검토하고 사업 준비 정도를 점검한다.또 지자체에서 필요로 하는 분야별 전문가를 매칭하고 향후 컨설팅 세부 일정도 수립한다.

이어 계획 수립 단계(2단계)에서는 지자체가 작성한 철도 지하화 통합개발 계획안에 대해 상세 컨설팅을 진행한다.최적의 지하화 대상 노선을 선정해 수요에 맞는 철도 상부 및 인근 부지에 대한 도시개발 계획을 수립하도록 하는 것이다.또 현실적인 사업비용과 수익을 추산해 실질적인 대안을 마련할 수 있도록 지원한다.

최종 제안 단계(3단계)에서는 최종 점검 체크리스트를 배포해 미비점을 보완토록 할 계획이다.

윤진환 국토부 철도국장은 "지역 맞춤 컨설팅을 통해 정부와 지자체가 함께 사업 실현 가능성을 제고하고,ai이상형 월드컵철도 용지를 활용해 도시를 근본적으로 재구조화할 수 있는 마스터 플랜이 수립되도록 노력할 것"이라고 밝혔다.
