일본이 군사전용 우려로 대러시아 수출을 규제한 선박용 엔진 등을 한국 수출용이라고 신고한 뒤 실제론 부산항을 거쳐 러시아로 보낸 업자가 10일(현지시간) 체포됐다고 교도통신과 NHK가 보도했습니다.

보도에 따르면 일본 경찰은 이날 오사카에 있는 무역회사의 러시아인 대표(38)를 외환법 위반 등 혐의로 체포했습니다.

해당 업체는 대러 수출 규제 품목인 선박용 엔진과 수상 오토바이 등 총 4천300만 원(약 3억 7천만 원) 어치를 한국 수출용이라고 지난해 1월 세관에 신고하고 화물선에 실어 내보냈지만,수소자동차해당 물품은 부산을 거쳐 2월 중순 블라디보스토크에 도착했습니다.

일본 정부는 러시아의 우크라이나 침공 이후 반도체 등 군사 전용 우려가 있는 민간 물품에 대해 수출 규제를 내렸고,수소자동차선박용 엔진과 수상 오토바이 등도 규제 품목 중 하납니다.

교도통신은 "일본이 대러 경제 제재 이후 부정한 수출 혐의로 용의자를 체포한 것은 이번이 처음"이라며,수소자동차"경찰이 이 회사의 다른 수출 사례 등도 살펴보고 있다"고 전했습니다.
