에너지 절약과 탄소 감축을 위해 민관이 손을 잡았다.

산업통상자원부와 대통령직속 2050 탄소중립녹색성장위원회(탄녹위),kbo 구단 연봉 순위삼성전자는 11일 가전제품 관리 앱의 인공지능 기능을 활용하고 자동 수요반응(AutoDR)을 통해 에너지절약 및 탄소감축에 대한 실천이 활성화될 수 있도록 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.

이번 업무협약을 통해 3개 기관은 △삼성전자 가전제품 관리 앱의 AutoDR 기능을 통한 에너지절약 및 탄소감축 인식 제고를 위한 국민 실천 캠페인 개발·운영 △'에너지쉼표-탄소편' 대국민 캠페인 실행을 위한 국민DR 발령 시간 데이터 제공 및 가전제품 관리 앱 연동 △대국민 탄소중립·녹색성장 생활 실천 확산을 위한 지원 등을 함께할 계획이다.

산업부 최남호 2차관은 "국민들께서 에너지절약에 많이 동참해주시고 있으나,에너지절약은 필요하지만 불편하다는 인식도 여전하다"며 "국민DR 발령 신호와 가전제품 관리 앱의 연동을 통한 에너지쉼표-탄소편 캠페인은 참여자의 불편을 최소화하고 효율적으로 에너지를 절약할 수 있는 좋은 방법"이라고 언급했다.

탄녹위 김상협 민간공동위원장은 "이번 협약을 통해 민관이 힘을 합쳐 보다 쉽게 탄소를 감축할 수 있는 방안을 마련하게 되어 매우 고무적"이라고 말했다.

삼성전자 박찬우 부사장은 "삼성전자의 차별화 된 인공지능(AI) 기술로 실질적으로 탄소 저감에 도움이 되는 솔루션을 지속 강화해 나가겠다"고 밝혔다.
