"내부 신기해서"

[서울=뉴시스] [제주=뉴시스] 오영재 기자 = 제주 목욕탕에서 이용객 불법 촬영 혐의를 받는 60대 중국인 관광객이 경찰에 붙잡혔다.

제주서부경찰서는 성폭력 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 위반(카메라 등 이용촬영) 혐의로 중국인 관광객 A(60대·여)씨를 입건해 조사 중이라고 8일 밝혔다.

A씨는 전날 오전 11시께 제주 B목욕탕 여탕에서 휴대전화로 이용객들의 신체를 불법 촬영한 혐의를 받고 있다.

피해자들의 신고로 출동한 경찰은 A씨로부터 휴대전화를 임의 제출받은 뒤 불법 촬영물을 확인,테네리페 섬현행범 체포했다.

A씨는 경찰 조사에서 '목욕탕 내부 시설이 신기해서 촬영했다'는 취지의 진술을 한 것으로 전해졌다.

경찰은 A씨 휴대전화를 대상으로 디지털 증거 수집(포렌식)을 진행해 여죄를 조사 중이다．
