오늘(10일) 새벽 많은 비가 내리면서 대전에서 침수로 고립되거나 교량이 내려앉는 등 피해가 잇따랐습니다.

대전소방본부에 따르면 오늘 0시부터 오전 9시까지 108건의 비 피해 신고가 접수됐습니다.

오전 5시 3분쯤 서구 용촌동의 한 마을에서 '마을이 침수돼 사람이 못 나오고 있다'는 신고가 들어왔습니다.

27개 가구의 주민 36명이 고립된 가운데 일부 주민들은 지붕 위로 올라가 구조를 기다리고 있는 것으로 알려졌습니다.

소방 당국은 구조대 보트를 이용해 구조 활동을 벌이고 있습니다.

다행히 인명피해는 없는 것으로 확인됐습니다.

오전 4시 1분쯤 서구 원정동에서는 산사태가 나 주민 1명이 주택에 고립됐다가 구조됐습니다.

침수 우려로 일부 교량이 통제됐다 해제된 가운데,올림픽축구중계방송중구 유천동 유등교가 내려앉으면서 통제됐습니다.

대전시는 오늘 오전 8시쯤 유등교 차량 통행을 제한한 뒤 시민들에게 '유등교가 침하해 차량 통행을 제한하오니 우회해 주시기를 바란다'는 안내 문자를 발송했습니다.

유등교 전면 통제로 주변은 극심한 교통체증이 일어나고 있습니다.

직장인 강 모 씨는 "오전 7시에 다리를 건너갈 때만 해도 괜찮았는데,올림픽축구중계방송한 시간 만에 갑자기 침하가 발생하더니 지금은 (침하가) 더 심해졌다"고 전했습니다.

새벽 사이 대전에는 호우경보가 발효되며 0시부터 오전 5시까지 평균 86.5㎜의 비가 내렸습니다.

특히 정림동에는 오전 3시부터 한 시간 동안 60.5㎜의 비가 쏟아졌습니다.
