이렇게 GTX 모형을 세워두었는데 아직 역 공사는 시작이 안 됐습니다.

[노원구청 관계자 : 정상 추진 중인데 정확히 우리가 첫 삽을 언제 뜨는지까지는 알려진 게 없어서…]

C노선 6개 공사구간 모두,착공을 위한 마지막 행정절차인 착공계를 낸 곳이 없습니다.

[건설사 관계자 : 실질적으로 착공계를 제출하는 게 공사를 시작한다는 의미거든요.]

토지 보상이 늦어진데다,온라인 홀덤치솟은 공사비에 정부와 건설사 간 협상이 차질을 빚고 있는 겁니다.

다른 노선도 상황은 마찬가집니다.

A노선 핵심 환승역으로 꼽히는 삼성역 공사는 입찰하려는 건설사가 없어 5차례나 유찰됐습니다.

이번 달 재공고가 나왔는데 건설사 선정도 빨라야 11월입니다.

공사가 차일피일 늦어지며,온라인 홀덤이용객이 적은 '반쪽 GTX' 논란은 한동안 이어질 수밖에 없습니다.
