서울 자동차 고등학교야구부 - 2024년 실시간 업데이트

[앵커]

오늘 오전 서울역 인근 한국철도공사 서울본부 건물에서 불이 났습니다.

세 시간 반 만에 불은 모두 꺼졌지만,서울 자동차 고등학교야구부화재 영향으로 일부 역에서 승차권 현장 발매에 차질이 빚어졌습니다.

김소영 기자의 보도입니다.

[리포트]

오늘 오전 9시 40분쯤 서울 용산구 서울역 인근의 코레일 서울본부 건물에서 불이 났습니다.

소방 당국은 220여 명과 소방차량 70여 대를 투입해 3시간 반 만인 오후 1시쯤 불을 완전히 껐습니다.

건물 내부엔 직원 등 30여 명이 있었지만 모두 긴급 대피하면서 인명피해는 없었습니다.

불은 건물 4층에서 시작됐지만 배관을 타고 8층까지 번지면서 서울역 주변으로 검은 연기가 퍼졌습니다.

[정병남/서울 용산구 : "주변에 칼칼한 전기 냄새하고 연기가 좀 많았거든요.8층 창문으로도 연기가 많이 나오고.서울역 주변에 연기가 가득 찼어요."]

또 이 불로 청파로 숙대입구역 교차로에서 서울역 서부교차로 방면 도로가 한때 전면 통제되기도 했습니다.

소방당국은 합동감식을 통해 정확한 화재 시작 지점과 원인 등을 조사할 계획입니다.

화재로 인한 열차 운행 차질은 없었지만 일부 KTX 역에서 승차권 현장 발권에 차질이 빚어져 승객들이 불편을 겪었습니다.

현장 발권은 임시복구 작업이 완료된 오후 5시부터 정상화 됐습니다.
