강남역 인근 건물 옥상에서 여자친구를 살해한 의대생 최모(25)씨가 대학에서 재적됐다.

19일 연합뉴스에 따르면 살인 혐의로 구속기소돼 재판을 받고 있는 최씨는 지난달 말 학교로부터 징계 제적 처분을 받았다.

이 학교 규정상 학교의 명예를 심각하게 훼손하거나 사회 규범상 범법행위에 준하는 행위를 하면 징계 대상이 된다.최씨가 받은 징계 제적은 이 학교 징계 중 가장 무거운 징계다.이 처분을 받으면 원칙적으로 재입학이 불가능하다.

최씨는 지난달 6일 여자친구를 강남역 인근 건물 옥상으로 데리고 가 준비한 흉기로 목과 얼굴 부위 등을 찔러 숨지게 한 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌다.
