부산지법 형사 6부는 더불어민주당 이재명 전 대표에게 흉기를 휘둘러 살해하려 한 혐의로 기소된 67살 김모 씨에게 징역 15년을 선고했습니다.

또 5년 간 보호관찰도 명령했습니다.

재판부는 이번 범행이 단순히 개인 생명권을 박탈하려는 시도에 그치지 않았다며,가십 슬롯 무료 칩 2022자신과 정치적 견해가 다르다는 이유로 범행한 것은 선거 제도와 대의민주주의에 대한 중대한 부정이자 파괴하려는 시도라고 양형 이유를 설명했습니다.

또 5차례 피해자 일정을 따라다니며 범행을 시도했고,9개월간 집요하고 치밀하게 살해 계획을 세우고 이를 실행했다고 덧붙혔습니다.

김씨는 지난 1월 2일 부산 가덕도 전망대를 방문한 이 전 대표에게 흉기를 휘둘러 살인 미수와 공직선거법 위반 혐의로 재판에 넘겨졌고 검찰은 징역 20년을 구형했습니다.

내경정맥이 9㎜ 손상되는 상처를 입은 이 전 대표는 당시 수술과 입원 치료를 받고 8일 만에 퇴원했습니다.

재판부는 또 살인미수 방조 혐의 등으로 기소된 공범에 대해서도 유죄를 인정하고 징역 1년 6개월에 집행유예 3년을 선고했습니다.
