[헤럴드경제=김벼리 기자] GS리테일이 한국도로공사와‘고속도로 휴게소 음식 브랜드 가치 향상을 위한 업무협약’을 맺었다고 3일 밝혔다.

전날 성남시 수정구 한국도로공사 ex스마트센터에서 열린 협약식에는 허치홍 GS리테일 MD(상품기획)본부장,마카오 카지노 나이홍성준 간편MD부문장과 옥병석 한국도로공사 영업본부장,정승환 한국고속도로휴게시설협회 협회장 등이 참석했다.

양사는 이번 협약을 통해 전국 유명 휴게소의 인기 음식을 어디서나 먹을 수 있도록 협력한다.협업 상품 판매 수익 일부를 활용해 다양한 사회공헌 활동도 추진한다.GS25는‘휴게소 인기 음식’지식재산권(IP)을 확보해 먹거리 혁신 프로젝트‘한끼 혁명’의 경쟁력을 강화한다는 구상이다.

간편식은 한국도로공사가 매년 발표하는‘전국 휴게소 대표 음식’중에서 선정한다.검토 중인 메뉴는 곡성휴게소(순천방향) 인기 음식‘입맛 없을 땐 짜글이,마카오 카지노 나이여주휴게소(강릉방향)‘용대리 황태해장국’등이다.상품은 이르면 3분기 출시한다.90년대생으로 구성된‘MD 서포터즈’의견도 적극적으로 반영한다.
