10일 인천 남동경찰서는 성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법상 카메라 등 이용촬영 혐의로 치위생사인 20대 남성 A씨를 입건 전 조사하고 있다고 밝혔다.

A씨는 지난 6일 오후 2시께 남동구 구월동 치과 의원의 엑스레이(X-Ray) 촬영실에서 환자인 20대 여성 B씨를 불법 촬영한 혐의를 받고 있다.

B씨는 A씨가 자신을 촬영하는 모습을 보고 112에 신고했다.B씨는 "사랑니를 빼려고 치과에 가서 엑스레이와 CT(컴퓨터단층촬영)를 찍던 중 A씨가 눈을 감으라고 했다"며 "다리 쪽에서 이상한 느낌이 들어 눈을 떠보니 A씨가 휴대전화 동영상으로 촬영하고 있었다"고 밝혔다.

그러면서 "바로 경찰에 신고했고 경찰관과 함께 A씨 휴대전화를 확인했는데 불법 촬영된 다른 여성 피해자들의 동영상과 사진도 많이 나왔다"고 주장했다.

경찰은 B씨를 상대로 구체적인 피해 경위를 조사한 뒤 A씨를 불러 사실관계를 확인할 방침이다.

경찰 관계자는 "신고 당시 A씨를 지구대로 임의동행했으나 사실관계는 아직 확인되지 않았고 입건 전 조사(내사)를 하는 단계"라며 "현장에서 A씨의 휴대전화를 확보해 분석하고 있다"고 전했다.
