또 장애인단체에 배당되는 공영주차장 및 자판기 운영 등 각종 수익사업 운영권을 사적으로 운영해 6000만원 상당의 부당수익을 올리고,장애인단체의 공익성을 내세워 투자자들에게‘입지가 좋은 공영주차장 운영권을 주겠다’고 속여 약 3억4000만원을 받아 가로챘다.

A씨와 결탁한 MZ조폭 출신 B씨는 한술 더 떠‘각종 장애인 이권 사업을 주겠다’고 속여 10여명의 투자자로부터 19억6000만원을 편취했다.
