또 '한국판 타임스퀘어' 조성을 위해 디지털 광고물을 자유롭게 게시할 수 있는 3기 옥외광고물 자유표시구역을 오는 2026년 추가 지정합니다.

이를 통해 '디지털 사이니지'(디지털 기술을 활용해 디스플레이 등을 원격 관리하는 광고판) 산업을 활성화하겠다는 구상입니다.

1기는 서울 코엑스(2016년),로또 운동복2기는 지난해 말 지정된 서울 명동·광화문 광장과 부산 해운대입니다.3기 후보지 개수나 지역 등에서 대해서는 아직 정해진 바 없습니다.

이외에도 충분한 주의 의무를 다한 숙박업주를 보호하기 위해 올 하반기 중 관련 법을 개정해 행정처분 면책 조항도 마련합니다.

숙박업소 내 청소년 이성 혼숙 적발 시 업주에게 과징금 등 행정처분을 부과할 때 현재는 신분증 위·변조 또는 도용 등에 따른 면책 조항이 없습니다.

신기술·신산업 활성화를 위한 연구·개발도 지원합니다.

시험·연구용 자율주행차의 임시 운행 허가 기간을 현행 5년에서 최대 9년까지 확대합니다.허가 기간이 이미 만료된 연구용 차량(현재 440대 가운데 70대)도 연장 신청을 허용합니다.
