대구지검이 경찰 내부 인사청탁 및 금품수수 정황을 포착해 현직 경찰관 3명을 압수수색한 것으로 확인됐다.
대구지검 반부패수사부는 27일 대구 일선 경찰서 2곳에 근무 중인 경감급 경찰관 3명에 대해 압수수색을 실시해 휴대전화 등을 확보한 것으로 알려졌다.
지난해 6월 대구경찰청은 인사청탁 대가로 수백만원을 받은 혐의(뇌물수수)로 A 전 총경과 B경감을 불구속 송치했고,bts 슬롯검찰은 관련수사를 이어오고 있다.
경찰에 따르면 A 전 총경은 지난 2020년 대구의 한 경찰서장으로 재직하면서 같은 경찰서 소속이었던 B 경감에게 대가성이 있는 약 1천만원의 돈을 받은 혐의를 받고 있다.다만 B 경감은 그해 승진을 하지 못했고 당사자들은 "수사기관에 근무한 사람들이 부정한 돈을 은행 계좌를 이용해 주고받겠느냐"며 의혹을 전면 부인했다.
검찰은 이 수사 과정에서 별개의 인사비리 의심 사안을 포착해 수사를 확대 중인 것으로 알려졌다.대구지검 관계자는 "수사 중인 사안에 대해 구체적 내용을 알려줄 수 없다"고 밝혔다.
