[헤럴드경제=최원혁 기자] 무인으로 운영되는 할인 매장에서 물품을 쓸어 담고 도망간 중년 여성의 영상이 공개됐다.

27일 JTBC '사건반장'에서는 경남 양산의 무인 할인점에서 중년 손님이 물품을 절도했다는 사장 A씨의 제보가 소개됐다.

A씨는 이 여성이 매장에서 총 4차례에 걸쳐 절도 행각을 저질렀다고 주장했다.

A씨에 따르면 훔친 물건은 과자나 껌 등 간식류부터 반려견 배변 봉투였다.피해 금액은 총 45만원에 이른다.

공개한 CCTV 영상에는 이 여성이 큰 가방을 메고 물건을 담는 모습이 포착됐다.

A씨는 이 여성이 절도 행각을 저지를 때마다 매번 경찰에 신고했지만 검찰에서 구속영장을 반려했다며 억울함을 호소했다.

A씨는 "계속되는 절도 행각에 경찰도 심각성을 인지했고 구속영장을 신청했으나 검찰이 기각했다"며 "손님의 나이와 정신질환이 있는 것을 고려할 때 위험해 보이지 않는다는 이유였다"고 전해들은 기각 사유를 설명했다.

이어 "경찰은 '절도가 발생할 때마다 신고하는 수밖에 없다'고 하더라"며 "본업이 따로 있어 가게를 24시간 지킬 수 없는 상황이다.절도범이 또 언제 찾아와 훔쳐 갈지 모르나 막을 방법이 없다는 사실에 스트레스가 크다"고 호소했다.
