인천시가 지하에 설치된 전기차 충전기를 화재 예방시스템을 갖춘 기종으로 교체하거나 지상으로 옮기는 방안을 추진합니다.

인천시는 유정복 시장 주재로 전기차 화재 안전 종합대책회의를 열고,PVC시 차원의 대책과 정부·관계기관과의 협력 방안을 이같이 논의했습니다.

인천시는 지하에 설치된 기존 충전기는 국·시비 지원 가능 여부를 검토해 화재 예방형 충전기로 교체하거나 지상으로 이전을 유도하기로 했습니다.

급속충전기는 충전율을 90%로 제한하는 방안도 충전사업자와 협의해 시행하기로 했습니다.

이와 함께,PVC기존 충전기를 지하에서 지상으로 옮겨 설치할 경우 국비 지원 근거를 마련해주고 앞으로 설치되는 전기차 충전기는 화재 예방시스템을 갖춘 기종만 설치하도록 의무화할 것을 정부에 건의했습니다.
