김 위원장은 "가상자산과 블록체인기술 분야는 가능성과 위험이 병존하고 있다"면서 "새로운 기술의 잠재적 가능성을 열어두되,릴킹적절한 규제를 통해 위험을 완화하고 이용자를 보호하는 균형 잡힌 접근이 필요하다"고 강조했습니다.
