강민수 국세청장 후보자는 16일 처가 기업의 '일감 몰아주기' 지적에 "일감 몰아주기 증여세 과세 대상이 맞는 것 같다"라고 말했습니다.

강 후보자는 이날 국회 기획재정위원회에서 열린 인사청문회에서 "일감 몰아주기는 거래·지분 비율에 따라 자동으로 계산돼서 신고 안내 대상이 된다"라며 이같이 밝혔습니다.

강 후보자의 배우자는 지난해 일감 몰아주기 과세 대상이 돼 증여세 35만 6천 원을 납부했습니다.

수혜법인의 사업연도 매출액 중 지배주주와 특수관계에 있는 법인에 대한 매출액 비율이 30%를 초과하는 등 요건을 충족하면 일감 몰아주기 증여세가 부과됩니다.

처가 기업이 중소기업 혜택을 위해 기업 쪼개기를 하고 있다는 의혹에는 "사업 다각화하는 차원에서 효율성을 높이고 리스크를 줄이기 위해서 하는 것으로 안다"고 말했습니다.

처가 기업이 임금체불·부당해고 등 다수 근로관계법 위반 의혹이 있다는 지적에는 "송구스럽다"며 고개를 숙였습니다.

특수관계의 처가 기업들이 나라장터 조달사업에 중복으로 참여해 담합 의혹이 있다는 지적에는 "세금 탈루 관련 혐의가 있으면 공정하게 집행하겠다"고 답했습니다.
