삼성전자가 스마트폰 카메라에 쓸 수 있는 플래그십 이미지 센서 3종을 27일 공개했다.압도적 기술력으로 스마트폰 카메라 시장을 이끌겠다는 목표를 세웠다.

이번에 공개한 이미지센서는 △아이소셀 HP9 △아이소셀 GNJ △아이소셀 JN5다.아이소셀 HP9은 업계 최초의 망원용 2억 화소 모바일 이미지 센서다.0.56마이크로미터(㎛) 크기의 픽셀 2억 개를 1.4분의 1인치 옵티컬 포맷(이미지센서 규격)에 구현했다.특히 삼성전자가 독자 개발한 고굴절 마이크로 렌즈를 활용해 각 컬러 필터에 해당하는 빛 정보를 정확하게 전달할 수 있다.기존 제품 대비 감광 능력은 약 12%,슬롯머신잘하는법자동초점 분리비 성능은 약 10% 개선했는데 삼성전자는 3배 망원 모듈에 넣으면 최대 12배 줌까지 선명한 화질 구현이 가능하다고 설명했다.
