(서울=뉴스1) 김종윤 기자 = 효성(004800)그룹이 조현준 회장과 조현상 부회장을 각축으로 독립 경영에 돌입한다.지주사를 둘로 나누고 책임경영을 강화해 급변하는 대외환경에 대응하기 위한 결정이다.

㈜효성은 14일 서울 공덕 본사에서 임시 주주총회를 열고 제1호 의안인 '분할계획서 승인의 건'을 의결했다고 밝혔다.

이날 안건은 효성첨단소재(298050)를 중심으로 6개사에 대한 출자 부문을 인적분할하고 신규 지주회사 'HS효성'을 설립한다고 내용이다.

주주총회 안건은 무리 없이 승인됐다.특별관계자 지분은 주주확정일(4월 30일) 기준으로 조현준 회장(21.94%) 조현상 부회장(21.42%)을 포함해 56.1%다.

조 부회장은 오는 7월부터 효성첨단소재를 주축으로 산하에 △효성인포메이션시스템(HIS) △효성홀딩스USA △효성토요타 △광주일보 △비나물류법인 6개 계열사를 이끈다.

조 회장은 기존 지주사인 ㈜효성을 그대로 맡는다.㈜효성 산하엔 △효성티앤씨(298020) △효성중공업(298040) △효성화학(298000) △효성ITX △FMK △효성TNS 등 주력 사업이 남는다
